図1に示すような単一入力,多出力な線形制御系において,状態変数はすべて測定可能(可観測)であり,また可制御であるとする。制御対象の式は,次の式により表わすことができる。(dx(t))/(dt) = Ax(t)+bu(t) (1) y(t)=Cx(t) (2)ここで,x(t)はn個の状態ベクトル Aはn×nの係数マトリクス bはn個の係数ベクトル Cはn×nの係数マトリクス
