We investigate the class of Banach spaces X such that B(X,lp) = IIr(X,lp) for 1≦p, r≦2. It is shown that if 1≦p, r≦2, then X belongs to this class if and only if both X and X' are G.T. spaces. In this case, X does not have the Gordon-Lewis property.
