We investigate pre-Gaissian cylindrical measures on a Banach space E. It is shown that if μ is a Gaussian cylindrical measure (c.m.) on E, then μ is pre-Gaussian if and only if it is Radon. We note that this is false for a non-Gaussian c.m. μ.
