Separation and Determination of Phenothiazines 3. On the Method for Thin-Later Chromatography

Descriptions
The separation and iddentification of six kinds of phenothiazine derivatives by thin-layer chromatography have been investigated. They were satisfactorily separated with 6 kinds of the mixtures out of 16 kinds of developing mixtures tested. Group differentiation of compounds at the microgram level was achieved the spray reagents with oxidative propertoes such as Ehrrlish, FPN, 5% Paradium chloride, 5% ferric chloride, arsenic acid and 20% sulfuric acid etc. Therefore, these procedures were also available for the identification of above drugs in the urine and contents of the stomach and the identification of above drugs in the urine and contents of the stomach and the intestine.
