Estimation of the number of housing is important for evaluating the change of demand-form by the supply of housing. The purpose of this study is to make a model which can give the number of housing demand. The system of estimation is constructed by the model of the populations by cohort-analisis, distribution of household-heads, compositive ratio of house type. The confidence of this model is all over 0.99,so it have enough persuation. But this model is not considered household-movement and it can't grasp the variety of living level. These points are problems to improve.
