About This Article
Descriptions
A rapid and sensitve procedure for analyzing trace elements in geological samples using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry with Rh-tube is described. The Nb, Zr, Y, Sr, Rb, Th, Pb, Ga, Zn and Ni were determined by pressed-powder pellets.
