近年中国のハイスピードな経済発展により、都市化が進み、農耕地域の人々が大量に都市部へ移動した。それに伴い、著しい地方文化の変化がもたらされた。本稿では、主に、内モンゴル通遼市ホルチン中旗のＡ村における、1990年代と現代との婚姻習俗の比較を通し、現代における各種のサービス業の発展により、モンゴル人が結婚披露宴を実施する際には、自民族が持つ固有の伝統文化を結婚披露宴に取り入れる現象が見られるようになったこと、そしてモンゴル人が都市部で創り出した「異種混合」の文化が内モンゴルの多くの地域に流行するようになったことを明らかにしている。それは、現代の農耕モンゴル人が、地方から都市部へ移動することによって、民族のアイディティを持つようになったという意識的な「文化の再構築」の活動である。本稿では主に、農耕モンゴル人の文化の再構築の過程を考察し、現代内モンゴルにおける文化の状況について論じていきたい。

Microscopic observation is one of the most basic and important skills for experiments in biology classes from compulsory education through to higher education. Microscopic observation in biology can help us better understand the microstructures of organisms and convey notions of beauty and fascination regarding the detailed nature of the microworld, which we cannot observe through our unaided eyes. However, many lab classes were postponed for the summer break because it was difficult for the faculty to conduct lab classes using equipment such as microscopes for non-face-toface learning at the university in the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Under this situation, we planned that students do the experiment at home using handmade microscope. Students could make a simple Leeuwenhoek microscope very easily and use to understand the principle of the microscope. A non-face-to-face class required students to take the initiative in learning, which led to a better understanding of the principles of microscopy. Hence, the future integration of this nonface-to-face learning using a handmade microscope into an existing face-to-face lab class will be very useful for the teaching of science, especially biology, at many schools by science teachers and researchers.

Right ventricular (RV) dysfunction and its linked arrhythmias play a crucial role in determining the prognosis of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Our paper aimed to explore the potential protective effects of direct pharmacological intervention in the RV muscle using dantrolene (DAN), a stabilizer of the cardiac ryanodine receptor (RyR2), against RV dysfunction and arrhythmia in a rat model of monocrotaline (MCT)-induced PAH. To induce PAH, male 8-week-old Sprague-Dawley rats received MCT injections. The study also assessed the induction of ventricular tachycardia (VT) by catecholamines, examining RyR2-mediated Ca^{2+} release properties in isolated cardiomyocytes. Additionally, a pulmonary artery-banding model was established to evaluate the independent effects of chronic pressure overload on RV morphology and function. In the MCT-induced PAH rat model, findings revealed RV hypertrophy, dilation, and functional decline, resulting in 0% survival rate two months post-MCT induction. Conversely, chronic DAN treatment demonstrated improvements in these RV parameters and an 80% increase in survival. Furthermore, chronic DAN treatment prevented the dissociation of calmodulin from RyR2, inhibiting Ca^{2+} sparks and spontaneous Ca^{2+} transients in MCT-induced hypertrophied RV cardiomyocytes. Epinephrine induced VT in over 50% of rats with MCT-induced PAH, while chronic DAN treatment achieved complete suppression of VT. The paper concludes that stabilizing RyR2 with DAN holds promise as a novel therapeutic approach against the development of RV dysfunction and fatal arrhythmias associated with PAH.

本研究では顔の記憶課題成績と自閉傾向との関連の有無を調べた。実験の結果，自閉傾向全体の得点と顔記憶の再認課題成績についての関連は見られなかった。また，自閉傾向尺度の下位尺度の一つである「注意の切り替え」については，制限のない実験と概念情報によって記憶する実験において，注意の切り替え得点が高い群の方が成績が高かった。本研究の結果から再認記憶課題成績と自閉傾向得点との関連は見られなかったが，注意の切り替えの部分においては顔の記憶課題に影響がある可能性が示された。

昨今，校則の見直しの動きが加速するなかで，校則の内容や必要性を理解するためには，各校則の制定理由を理解し，子どもと学校が互いに納得していることが重要であると考える。本研究では「小学校の校則に複数の制定理由を想定し『校則の種類』や『個人特性』が校則の制定理由に対する納得の程度に与える影響を検討する」ことを目的する。これにより，校則に関する学校の説明責任を果たす一助となることに加え，各学校の校則が「社会通念上合理的と認められる範囲」であるかどうかを再考するきっかけになることを期待する。また，アンケート調査の回答を基に分析した結果により，どの理由においても納得しにくい校則について，当該校則の必要性の再考を提案した。

What can be done when the hot programming language Python is usedas a tool for macroeconomic data analysis? In this paper, while writingcode in Python, we explain the estimation of consumption functions asan example, discuss what advantages there are in analyzing economicdata using Python, and also discuss the possibilities and directions ofmacroeconomic data analysis in the future.

現在、様々な機械学習手法が考案され、比較的簡単に使うことができるようになっている。前回の研究［1］では、手の動作識別やそれを利用したカーソルの動きについて、深層学習を用いて学習回数が少なく高精度に識別する手法を用いたが、本研究ではその他の機械学習手法ではどうなのかを調査する。一つ一つ機械学習の手法を試していくのは、時間がかかるため、かなりの部分を自動化し、複数のモデルを比較できるPyCaretというPythonのライブラリを用いて実験を行う。PyCaretは、環境によってインストールに少し時間がかかることもあるが、それ以上に自動化によって受ける恩恵は大きい。PyCaretを使い、性能が高いモデルを探索し、それを使って 3動作識別を行うことで、遅延が少なく正確なカーソル操作を目指す。本手法では動作識別のたびに再学習が必要となるが、比較的シンプルな構成でコストも低いことから、筋電義手への応用に有用ではないかと考えられる。また、今回も前回の研究［1］を引き継ぎ、Arduino Uno R3 やMyoWare筋電センサといった安価で、手軽に実験できる機器を用いる。

本研究では大学進学に関する進路決定方法と大学生活の満足度の関連について, 個々の学生について事例的に検討を行い, 学生の進路決定や大学生活の適応を支える知見を得ることを目的とした。大学3年生5名に対し, 大学進学の進路決定と大学生活に関する内容で構成された質問紙を実施した。その結果, 進路決定方法に関しては対象者全員が自分の考えで決定していた。しかし自分の考えで進路決定をしたにも関わらず, 大学入学後の教育内容のミスマッチがあるという対象者もみられた。一方でそのような対象者であっても大学生活に関しては, 新たな人間関係や経験などにより満足であるという面もあった。今回の結果から, 自分で進路選択をさせるだけではなく, 進路選択の際に大学の教育内容も十分に検討させ, 進学後の修学イメージを持つことができるよう進路指導を行うことが重要であると考えられた。また, 大学生活の満足度には進路決定のみでなく, 大学入学後の生活の人間関係や視野の広がり等が重要になることが示唆された。よって, 大学において入学後の人間関係や視野の広がりに繋がるような支援を行うことが有益であると考えられた。

オンライン学習が急速に普及する中、ビデオ教材は教育分野において重要なツールとなっている。しかし、ビデオ制作には時間とコストがかかり、高品質なコンテンツを作成・更新することが難しいという課題が存在する。本論文は、これらの課題に焦点を当て、新しいアプローチを提案する。本論文ではHTML5を活用した新しい教材作成システムを紹介し、その特徴を解説する。この教材システムはスライドショー形式を採用し、静止画、解説、音声合成を組み合わせることにより。教材の修正を容易にしている。またブラウザ上で動作するので、さまざまなデバイスからアクセス可能である。これにより、ビデオ教材の制作・提供における効率性と柔軟性の向上が期待できる。本論文のシステムは、オンライン学習の未来に向けた教育技術の発展に貢献し、教育分野の変革に寄与する新たなアプローチを提供することを目指している。
