A rare case of non-Hodgkin's malignant lymphoma of the ovarium origin in a 39-year-old female was reported. Ovarian tumor was resected surgically, however, the abdominal tumor subsequently developed and was refractory to the conventional chemotheraphy. The patient received autologous bone marrow transplantation followed by super high dose chemotherapy. The anti-tumor effect was marked, however, severe myelosuppression continued after bone marrow transplantation, and she died of cerebral hemorrhage.
