Abstract
本研究は、幼児教育の質が問われる一方で、多くの園で保育についての話し合いや記録の時間の確保が難しく、経験に基づく知見が蓄積されにくいことをふまえ、どの園でも保育者が子どもの姿をもとに保育を振り返り、その保育を言語化する力を身につけていくための取り組みについて論考した。その結果、以下の取り組みを提案した。１．毎日短時間でも時間を確保し、保育の中で心に残ったこと、伝えたいことを話したり書いたりする。２．特に心に残ったエピソードも取り入れた記録を書く。３．エピソードをもとに話し合う機会も設ける。４．言語化が難しい部分は写真も活用する。５．話し合いや記録にＳＯＡＰの視点を取り入れ、子どもの姿から経験を読み取り、次に必要な経験を考える思考過程を身につける。５．ＡＬＡＣＴモデルによる省察で用いられる「問い」を活用し、保育について子どもの側からも丁寧に振り返り、「子どもにとってどうか」という視点から言語化が促されるようにする。
