Abstract
本稿の目的は, 山口大学AO入試の実施20年という節目にあたりAO入試の改善を見直し, 今後の総合型選抜改善の課題を明らかにするとともに, 入学者追跡調査による入試の検証の在り方の課題を明らかにすることである。今後, 追跡調査の重要性が増す中, これまでの山口大学の入試効果検証を維持しつつ, 総合型選抜においては新たな志願者獲得に向けての抜本的な見直しが必要と考える。
