    By the questionnaire investigation to the suburbanite, this report aims at examining the possibility of the system that the vacant house located at central zone of the city is reused as a rental house. The household who had the intention of moving house existed about 20% of the detached house household and about 40% of the condominium residents. Households with ”I will rent it.” ”I will rent it according to the condition.” existed 154 cases. The household who thought that I can pay the improvement cost existed several cases, but the answers that I can not bear much are many.
