    This paper presents a real-time control method how to change the offsets for traffic signal coordination in response to fluctuation of traffic situation. The offsets are adjusted so as to minimize the delay obtained from a simulation which introduces traffic demand through on-line measurement.Through some calculation examples, it is confirmed that the offsets are responsive to traffic demand,and that the controls taking in the information about traffic prediction and saturation flow measurement are effective compared with the controls without the information.
