Questionnaire survey was conducted for library users on means of access and eco mobility interest in Ube and Yamaguchi cities in 2019 and 178 responses were collected. In both cities, 60% use automobiles and 30% use bicycles. Users in Yamaguchi city tend to stay longer and to be more affected by congestion of parking spaces. Interests for eco mobility differ according to distance to the library, age, and daily means of transportation. Users in Yamaguchi city tend to prefer visiting other facilities in occasion of library visit than those in Ube city, due to available facilities in library neighborhood.
