”Internal ureterotomy” or a trans-ureteral cut of the stricured ureter following a cutaneous ureterostmy with an internal urethlrotome was performed in a 64-year-old man and a 68-year-old woman who had received bilateral cutaneous ureterostomy and who had suffered from stricture of the ureter. This attempt gave a satisfactory results in both patients. ”Internal ureterotomy” is considered to be a new adaptation of internal urethrotomy and tobe af great use.
