The outcome of allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (BMT) to eight patients with acquired aplastic anemia was described. The donor was asibling of the patient with identical type of HLA. The age of thepatients ranged from 13 to 35 years old. One patient had developed in a late graft failure, but he was successfully recovered by the second BMT from the same donor as in the first BMT. Three patients deid of BMT-related complications
