We present a case of aneurysmal portal-hepatic venous shunt in a 56-year-old women. CT scan revealed abnormal vascular space in the right lobe of the liver. Ultrasound investigations revealed vascular cumunication between the right portal vein and hepatic vein. These findings were comfirmed using angiography. Ultrasound is useful in the diagnosis of the lesion.
