There are two purposes in the paper. One is to introduce equivalent conditions for Solutions of extremal problems to satisfy Lagrange multiplier rules, Linear Topological Spaces, and the other is to show that, by slightly changing the shape of the Neustadt's conditions, we can obtain equivalent conditions for the solutions to satisfy Lagrange multiplier rules.
