We did the questionnaire survey to the nurses working in a certain nidependent administrative agency hospital. In this questionnaire, how the nurse's consciousness changed at the time of three was investigated. the nurses were separetely divided into three groups at the age, and it was analyzed whether the difference was looked like between those groups.
