Descriptions
「同じ言葉を繰り返すことを「畳語」，英語で reduplication という。複数・反復・強調を表す。畳語は，中国語においても日本語においても，新しい単語を生産する手段として常に重要である。
本稿では多種多様な畳語の一つである畳語形容詞について，その重畳形の内部構造を分析して，畳語形容詞と元の語の性質，意味との違い及び畳語形容詞の語義特徴，文法上の機能を検討,究明していきたいと思う。さらに，中国語と日本語を同時に研究する試みを通じて，対照的な効果が期待できる。
