Descriptions
The purpose of this study is to clarify the ambiguity of the systematization of mat movement skills, and to from a lead up to attain the skill of ”Performed” level at the current of study. We have examined various skills biomechanically on the basis of former studies and experiences, and have given in this study, a suggestion as to the Systematization of skills that corresponds to children's grown and development. We hope further practical studies will be made concerning our suggestion.
