An analytical example of dynamic problems of a simple beam under travelling follower load which mean follower load moving along the axis of beam has not been reported up to this time, but it is important to analysis of dynamic response for design of beam under travelling follower load due to linear motor car. In this paper, dynamic characteristic of beams under a single travelling follower load or travelling follower load system were investigated and following statements were clarified
