Motivation of hospital personnel affects financial independence and patient satiability of a hospital

The aim of this study was to examine if patient satiability is related with the financing situation of a hospital, and motivation and communication of the staff have influence on patient satiability and the financing situation. We performed questionnaire survey in 1822 hospitals on August 2005. It was proved that there was positive relation between balance rate and patients satisfaction, and that motivation and communication of the staff have influence on patient satiability and the financing situation. And also it revealed that motivation of a doctor makes a financing state of a hospital better, and that that of a nurse makes patients satiability better.
