The crystal structure of each phase of [N(CH_3)_4]_2FeCl_4 was investigated by means of X-ray diffraction at 296, 268, 253 and 223K and those results were compared with that of [N(CH_3)_4]_2NiCl_4. In the Fe salt, it is revealed that each tetrahedral ion is disordered in the room-temperature phase. It is confirmed in the lowest temperature phase that the rotating direction of each tetrahedral ion about an axis parallel to the b axis is in-phase and the rotation angle of FeCl_4^<2-> tetrahedron becomes about two times larger than that in the room-temperature phase. It is also confirmed that the sevenfold phase has the P2_12_12_1 symmetry in the Fe salt.
