Pharmaceutical study was carried out on the four kinds of kinds of products of antiinflammatory enzyme, seaprosse S, and the following results were obtained. 1. The pharmaceutical inequivalencies were observed in the enzyme potencies and dissolution profiles. 2. Analysis of valiance on enzyme potencies after accelerated test showed significant differencies regarding the storage conditions (20℃, R.H.75% and 35℃, R.H. 91%), the package (with or without heat sealed package) and the products (A, B, C and D). 3. The newly developed dissolution method, in which the pH of the test fluid is changed simulatively to that of gastrointestinal tract by hidrochloric acid and sodium bicarbonate, was found to be suitable for the evaluation of the dissolution of the products.…
