        The clinical picture of vestibular neuronitis is somewhat characterized by strong onset but single episode (in most of cases) of vertiginous attack with vestibular impairment but without any cochlear and/or other central nerve involvement. Unsteadiness of gait remained and ”off-balance” sensation on motion of the head was complained for longer period (several months to years). There was oftenly a preceding symptom of ”catching colds” or fever rise
