Incidence of experimrntal amyloidosis in the identaical strain mice (C_3H/He) derived from five different farms (Shizuoka, Funahashi. Clea, Seiwa and Chales) was composed. Complete Freund's Adjuferent mixed with Mycrobacterium was used as an amyloid-inducing agent, and ten days after a single injection amyloid deposition in the histologically examined. The following results were observed. 1. Incidence of amyloidosis was the highest in the mice from Shizuoka and Seiwa farm (100%), followed by the mice from Clea farm (75%).
