Morphological changes on hepatic vascular system, especially hepatic arterial system, in the autopsy cases of hepatic cancer and liver cirrhosis were comparatively investigated by means of LargeSection, Reconstruction, Arterial Angiography, Thick & Thin Serial Sections and Histological Studying, the condition of the elastic fibers along the so-called blood space and sinusoid. The following results were obtained. * The main source of blood supply to the cancer nodules is the hepatie artery. * The source of blood supply to the regenerated nodules is mainly the hepatic artery. * The active condition of hepatic arterial system in liver cirrhosis occurs as the result of compensatory and homeostatic nature in hemodynamic. * Arterial Angiography
