The Pancreozymin-Secretin test (P-S test) has been used mainly for the exocrine pancreatic function test in Japan. But the Caerulein, which able to be chemically synthesized and intramuscularly administrated without any remarkable side effect, has recently appeared in place of the Pancreozymin with low purity.
