Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography and selective coeliac angiography were seemed to be indispensable examination for hepatocholangiotic diseases. At Yawatahama General Hospital, percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography was performed on 42 cases and selective soeliac angiography was performed on 29 cases, from Oct., 1970 to Sep., 1973. Methods and indications of percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography and selective coeliac angiography were described. Both examinations ware very diagnostic and complications were rare. It has been thought that both examinations have to be performed on patients with cholangiotic, liver and pancreatic diseases.
