The separation and calibration curves of six kinds of phenothiazines by high performance liquid chromatography were investigated. These results were as follows. 1. The separation of these drugs were carried out using both the column-packing materials, Lichrosorb SI 60 and Lichrosorb SI 100. The former was superior to the later in the separation. 2. The study on the separation of these drugs was performed using eight kinds of the mixtures as the mobile phase and Lichrosorb SI 60 as the column-packing material.
