In order to make clear the relationships between cumulative fatigue symptoms and lifestyles in female college students, we carried out a research for 396 Ube college students. This research consisted of 2 surveys which included a self-reported check list of the Cumulative Fatigue Symptoms Index (CFSI) and a questionnaire about lifestyles. The results of this research were as follows, (1) The total selection rate of the subjective symptoms checked on CFSI was 22.4 %. (2) The relation rates of mental fatigue (feelings of depression, anxiety symptoms and decreases in vigor) were higher than those of the physical fatigue symptoms. (3) The 24.5 % of the collage students evaluated them good health and it was 25% decrease, comparing to that of the investigation of Ministry of Health and Welfare. (4) There were significant correlations between the selection rates of CFSI and index of lifestyles (eating behaviors of breakfast, sleeping time, exercises and residence conditions) and health evaluation. From these results, it was suggested that cumulative fatigue symptoms in female students were influenced not only b the living conditions but also qualities of life.
