We investigated the role of colchicine (Col.) in conbination with cepharanthin (Ceph.) on the inhibition of amyloid deposits. ICR mice were treated with 0.2ml intraperitoneal injection of mixture of complete Freund's adjuvant and Mycobacterium butyricum according to Ram's method. The mice were divided 5 groups and administered subcutaneously once a day as follows
