Twenty-five patients with Japanese ceder pollinosis were examined at Yamaguchi University Hospital and at the affiliated hospitais in 1987. They were divied into two groups. Group I was consisted of eleven oatients who had been treated with immunotherapy (hyposensitization) for more than 6 months and were treated with preventive (or preseasonal) admiinistration of Histaglobin^<(R)> and Neurotropin^<(R)>. And the other, Group II is consisted of 14patients who were treated only with preventive administration of Histaglobin^<(R)> and Neurotropin^<(R)>. The serverity of the nasel symptoms during the pollonosis season in two group was compared each other statistically, in order to determine the effecary of immunotherapy for Japanese ceder pollinosis. 1. Symptom of sneezing or nasal discharge were significantly less severe in the group I than that in the group II
