本研究の目的は,新人保健師の経験の質と振り返りに向けたプリセプターの関わりを明らかにすることである.A県のプリセプター経験のある市町村保健師12名を対象にフォーカスグループインタビューを行った.収集したデータを質的記述的に分析した.その結果,新人保健師の経験の質を高める関わりは【実践を通して保健師活動を伝承する】【新人保健師の経験値を増やす】【新人保健師の実践の過程をサポートする】【新人保健師の実践を見守る】で構成された.また経験の振り返りに向けた関わりは【振り返りを促す環境づくりを行う】【実践内容を想起させる】【新人保健師のアセスメントの思考を促す】【望ましい保健師活動に近づける】【新人保健師の実践に対する意味付けを行う】で構成されていた.プリセプターは新人保健師に対し,保健師活動の実践場面を共有し,理解度の確認や言語化して伝えることが重要である.また新人保健師の主体的なリフレクションを促す関わりの必要性が示唆された.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to clarify involvement of preceptors who support the experience and reflection of novice public health nurses. Method : A focus group interview was performed for local public health nurses in Prefecture A who have experience as a preceptor. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. Results : Total 12 public health nurses cooperated with the study. As for involvement of preceptors who promote the reflection of novice public health nurses, quality experience of public health nurses' activities consisted of [Transmit public health nurses' activities through practice], [Increase experience of novice public health nurse], [Support practice process of novice public health nurses] and [Watch the practice of novice public health nurses], Moreover, reflection of experience consisted of [Develop environment to promote reflection], [Remind of practice content], [Promote novice public health nurses' thinking for assessment], [Get closer to desirable public health nurses' activities] and [Give meaning to public health nurses' practice]. Discussion : It is important for preceptors to share the practice scenes of public health nurses' activities with novice public health nurses, confirm their understanding degrees and verbalize things to be presented to them. Moreover, the importance of promoting independent reflection by novice public health nurses.
