Usually 45 degree macroeconomic model is taught for beginners as the primary determination theory of GDP. Though the model is easy to understand , it considers only expenditure side of GDP. By considering income side of DGP, students can understand the circulation of macro economy and the determination of GDP, excess private saving, government budget deficit and trade balance in a unified manner.
