Pure adenoma of the breast is very rare. Two cases of pure adenoma were reported and its histogenesis was discussed. Histologic features were suggestive of transformation of pre-existing fibroadenoma to pure adenoma. However, both cases in the present report were related to neither pregnancey nor oral contraceptives.
