(1)N-及びS-化合物の過ヨウ化物は酸化銀あるいは硝酸銀の作用により、もとの遊離化合物に再現した。この事実を基礎として、これ等化合物のペーパークロマトグラフィーによる分離、検出及び定量を試みた。(2)展開溶媒としては95%エチルアルコール、若しくは水飽和n-ブチルアルコールが適当であった。
