The effects of diethylstilbestrol (DES) on the cell cycle of culture of DES induced renal carcinoma of Syrian hamster was studied using a recently developed computer program for a transient state FLM curve analysis. It was demonstrated that T_C was reduced to about 50% due to reduction of T_G1 and T_S even with such high dosis of DES that the cell loss was rather increase.
