A modified method with a new hydrolysis technique, simulataneous enzymatic hydrolysis and extraction and with a double internal standards technique was described. This method enabled to shorten the incubation time and to identify the analyzed steroid peaks more easily, and contributed to the presentation of several sets of clinical data which produced the valuable informations for the clinicians. Discussion about the advantage of this method for the routine study was made.
