Theme parks are different from traditional amusement parks such as pleasure grounds, zoological gardens and so in terms of performing regularly at shows and events with a certain theme. Because of attracting a large numbers of tourists as well as residents, those are taken as a main tourism industry. And also those are tourism resources. It is not too much to say that the tourism industry is the medium between the tourism subject tourists and the tourism object tourism resources in tourism activities, so theme parks are the unified body of a tourism industry and resources. テーマパークは、あるテーマのもとでショーやイベントを恒常的に行う点で、遊園地や動物園などのような伝統的なアミューズメントパークとは異なる。地元住民だけでなく、多くの非居住者の観光客を呼び込んでおり、主要な観光産業とされる。同時にそれは、観光資源でもある。観光活動において、観光産業は、観光主体である観光客と観光客体(対象)である観光資源の間を取り持つ媒体であるから、テーマパークは観光産業と観光資源の統一体ということになる。資本の本性である価値増殖がそうさせている。(以下、略)
