ディスク電気泳動法によって精神神経系疾患時における髄液蛋白質の分析を行い、同一患者の血清泳動像と比較した。1.精神分裂病髄液ではトランスフェリン(Tγ)が増加を示した。その他の分画は正常髄液とほぼ同じ値を示した。2.進行麻痺ではブレアルブミン(ｐ)、アルブミン(A)の減少、γ-グロブリン領域の蛋白の増加がみとめられたが、各分画の値は個々の例によってかなりの差を示した。
