The naringin contents in natsudaidai fruit were studied at the following subjects: 1) on the fruits of freezing damage 2) on the fruits in difference of fertilizing conditions 3) on the fruits in difference of seasonal period. And were obtained the next results. 1) The contents of naringin in fruits were increased by the freezing damage, especially the ratio of naringin in stem part to style part were increased according to the damage. 2) The contents of narinfin in each parts of fruit were influenced by the conditions of fortilizing. The content was decreased by the nitrogen rivh fertilizer. 3) The contents of naringin were also decreased by the ripened seasons, good ripened fruit is the least content.
