By the method for the graphical construction in chapter (III), wave refraction could be possible to construct in zone with currents. By experiments, It was Proved that the wave crest by the graphical calculation of this method agreed with that by the experiments. This method can apply to currents with every direction, but for repid currents that take place beaking of wave, and for streams with cortex, it can not be given a reliable wave crest. As regards this cause, it can solve, inserting the condition of breaking in the process of the clculations. The calculation of refracted wave hight due to equation (54) and that of the experiments are not go together, it will be caused by decrease of the wave energy.
