Ⅰ、Ⅱを通じて管理条件の基礎となるべき諸要素について論述した。中央施設としての機能が十分に発揮しうるか否かは、結局は電子顕微鏡研究室自体の内部がまとまることが先決問題であるが、応用研究者との間が円滑に行き、応用研究者が電子顕微鏡研究室を単に利用しようとするだけでなしに、盛り立てるべく努力することも大切である。以上の考えを実現するために管理使用規定の設令とその尊守、更に法規を超えた人と人との連なり、和と協調の精神の発揮が望まれる。
