The writer made a comparison of the hair of the Misima Cattle (Japanese native -cattle) with that of the Japanese Black Breed of Cattle which is an improved Japanese native cattle. As to the size, the hair of the Misima Cattle was larger than that of the Japanese Black Breed of Cattle as shown in Table 1. In other respects, the hair of the Misima Cattle showed no difference from those of the Japanese Black Breed of Cattle.
