Auther researched the extent of preservation of L.A.A in D-sorbit solution and P.P.S solution. (A) To solution of pure water and water works-water and D-sorbit 1% ~4% which contains L.A.A about 25mg%, and the effect of their addition as a preservation of L.A.A from oxidation was examined. The result was follows. 1) L.A.A in water works-water and 1%~2% solution of D-sorbit was oxidated greatly and was not found in it at all for 10 day's. 2) L.A.A in 3% solution of D-sorbit was not found in it, and L.A.A in 4% solution of D-sorbit and pure water was preservation about 20% after 21 day's. (B) We put L.A.A of 25 mg% of the solution of 0.05%, 0.15%, 0.25% of P.P.S and we experimented the stability of L.A.A at 5±/°c. The result was as follows. 1) The percentage of residue of total C after 23 day's was 70% in the solution of 0.25% of P.P.S, 55% in the solution of 0.15% of P.P.S, and 42% in the solution of 0.05% of P.P.S. 2) The rate of T.C, L.A.A and D.H.A in P.P.S solution after 15day's was respectively as follows:
