Frobel's the sixth gift from the third gift are generany known, called building blocks, and the gifts are used in structural play. The sixth gift from the fourth gift are bassed on the third gift. The second gift was formed of 3 sorid bodies, ball, cylinder, and cube. This second gift's cube is just equal to the third one. Frobel's third gift is 6cm’s wooden cube, and the cube is able to divide up into 8 small cubes. The small cube's outside is smooth, hard, and it has sharp edges. About 150 years ago, Frobel conditioned these factors by his own observation and his German-born infants. But I have doubts about his conditions in 1987 year's Japan. So I investigated the condition of factors, smooth or rough, hard or soft, sharp edge or round edge. And as the results, we understood that Japanese infants are fond of smooth-faced cube, hard-touch cube, sharp-cut cube. These experimental results surprised me, on the other hand, I have a renew Frobel's appreciation of his gifts.Frobel's gifts are showing us the eternal avail over the time and the nation.
