Abstract
本研究では，在日留学生を対象に「目上の人との接し方」および「外国人に不慣れな日本人との接し方」に焦点を当てたソーシャルスキル学習を試み，その効果を検証した。その結果，ロールプレイを用いた練習により，行動レパートリーの拡充と日本人との交流意欲の高まりがみられた。スキル学習から1ヶ月後のフォローアップ調査では，学習したスキルの現実場面での実践や文化学習への動機づけの向上が確認できた。異文化適応支援としてのソーシャルスキル学習の効果が示唆された。
