Abstract
入学時にメンタルヘルス不調を認めた新入生の半年後の精神健康状態を調査したところ、悪化16%、不変36%、改善48%であった。改善の乏しい学生は対人不安や強迫傾向が残存しやすい傾向があり、相談への抵抗感や新生活への不適応を反映している可能性がある。また、大学生活や日常生活のストレスは、精神健康状態の悪化と関連している可能性があると考えられた。対人不安を抱えた学生をどう相談に繋げるかが今後の課題である。
