中国「家電下郷」政策実施問題対策

「家電下郷」は中国財政部、商務部、工業情報化部が共同で打ち出した農村家電製品消費を促進する政策である。現在実施中のこの中央政策は農村地域における消費者活動の中に極めて重要な位置を占める。本論は既存研究をレピューし、家電下郷政策の実施過程に現われた問題を分析し、その対策について検討するものである。
